I live in Brighton and Hove, on the South East coast of the UK. My interests are mainly but not exclusively, in portraiture. People interest me and although I admire the amazing ability of some photographers to take landscape and macro shots, I tend to veer back to portraits.
My influences thus far have been Diane Arbus, Irving Penn, Robert Frank, Dorothea Lange and many more.
I highly highly recommend that if you’re in the Los Angeles area you visit the Annenberg Space for Photography.
I am available for individual and group portraits, commercial shots, company profile shots and so on. Just drop me a line on the contact page.
Photography has featured, one way or another, in my life for many years. My mother was a keen photographer and always had a camera to hand. My grandfather exhibited in the 1910s and 1920s around Canada and Europe. Interestingly for me (having never met him) I find that my photography is similar to my grandfather’s in subject matter and eye.
